Hi we have deposit of 25 lakh rupees in our firm on name of my gtandfather huf i have 2-3 question about it
1. Can huf gift to his member? If yez then is it taxable? There any section for this?
2 if huf karta cant gift memeber is there any other way partition in huf without any tax liability?
3huf karta can withdraw money transfer to his personal account and is there any tax liability??
