I WOULD LIKE TO ASK OF FORMAT OF HUF DEED.

WHETHER TRF OF ANY CAPITAL ASSET IS NECESSARY FOR CREATION OF HUF

but i need format of HUF deed. on net i have searched but the same contains details of trf of cash or cheque from relative or father.

Yes, you can use that, there is no minimum(or maximunm) amount specifed for the cheque!!
