can a divorsed women create huf, having no children, who had a share in Father's ancestral property?? (pls note-divorce was in 1980 and there are no divorce agreements)

No, a single (or divorced) woman cannot create an HUF.

Yes, Mr. Mihir is right a single woman or a single man can't form a HUF atleast he or she should has one child.
