The creation date mentioned on my father's HUF PAN Card is his birth date. How can this be changed to his marriage date. Assuming the HUF creation date should be his marriage date.

This conjecture type scenerio is not acceptable by ITax department.
They may require you to ask how you created HUF and who sponsottef HUF creation by way of giving gift (In most of the cases,) and that date is considered as the date of formation.
