27 April 2011There is an HUF with 3 coparceners say "ABC HUF". What would happen in case ABC the karta of this HUF expires? Will XYZ, the eldest son become the karta of this ABC HUF and continue the ABC HUF or there would be a total partition of this ABC HUF amongst the coparceners.
Further can a person be a karta in 2 HUF's. eg. in the instant case XYZ is also a karta of XYZ HUF.
