Is it compulsory to submit HSN wise details while filing GSTR1 ?? Turnover is below 1.5 crores.

HSN code must be reported. It will be optional for taxpayers having annual turnover up to Rs. 1.50 Crore. However, descripttion of goods is mandatory.

What descripttion? Under which sub heading should i provide descripttion in GSTR 1?? Please tell the proper sub heading number
