Hsn wise details in gstr 1 should be submitted?

no turnover is below 1.5 crores that is not important
Descriptttion of goods to be provided, if turnover is below 1.5 crore
HSN code must be reported. It will be optional for taxpayers having annual turnover up to Rs. 1.50 Crore. However, descripttion of goods is mandatory.
No need if Turn Over is less than 1.5Crs...
What descripttion? Under which sub heading should i provide descripttion in GSTR 1?? Please tell the proper sub heading number
