if the dealer is having kirana store i.e he is a B2C dealer then what we have to mention in -part 12hsn summary-in descripttion and-in quantity??

As per turn over limit he can fill the details in HSN summary....
What are the HSN code details he entered at the time of registration or migration the all details ll be show in the HSN summary if he sell his goods....

if hsn code is not mentioned then we have to compulsorily mention descripttion...then what should i mention in quantity of goods sold as he is a B2C dealer??

Descripttion and HSN summary is must step .No question of B2B or B2C
Its very harder about fill descriptttion and quantity for Kirana store because same problem are facing my some dealer who are doing business of Cosmetics Items

We are the professionals. We don't have any confusion and exclamation. We ll refer to the clients for make HSN wise details.... So, Don't be confused. If your client ll be dealing 1000 items then we can show the details in HSN summary if he is under turn over limit.....

If you deal 10k items and you falling the Turn over limit then you can show the HSN related details in HSN summary....

IT Depends O SELL To Consumer Then B2C IF ,
SALE Wholesale To Anohter Retails Purpose Then B2B ....
