HSN/SAC in GSTR1

Whether it is mandatory for the person to show the HSN)SAC summary in the concerned table in GSTR 1 Return named " HSN Summary ".

Turnover is more than 1.5 crore.

In GSTR 1 it asks HSN code summary only, no where SAC has been mentioned. What should i do ? Should both be entered or HSN only enough ?

Thanks for your attention, expecting a quite good answers.

One should mention the summary of HSN only mandatorily if the turnover is greater than 1.5 crores.
HSN is applicable in case of goods and SAC in case of services. Your question is not quite clear. You mean to say that you have shown only HSN not SAC or not mentioned HSN and/or SAC but declared as sales? If so, this is just a technical error, not resulting in loss to the govt. So I guess it is not so serious.
Dear Poornima Madhava

It is about the additional declaration, Govt wont have any losses.
To be clear, I have rendered service and sold goods also. Service will have SAC and Goods will have HSN. I had shown both as sales.

but in the table HSN Summary, should i need to show the details of HSN which is related to goods only or should i give both the details ie, HSN and SAC ? This is what my query is. Table names HSN Summary, I used to give HSN and avoids SAC details in that table, recently i had seen one article where the author says HSN means HSN+SAC. This made doubt to me.

All clear ?

If clear then please explain accordingly.

Dear Kapil Jain, Don't post it here, everyone won't see it, there is an option to post new query, use that. So, that everyone would see it.

You need to declare both HSN and SAC under HSN Summary. Field name should have been HSN/SAC Summary. The idea is to match the value of HSN (SAC) Summary with that of sales.

Okay, Thanks all for the prompt reply.
