for a building material supplier....what is brass. and how to mention quantity in for example sand supplied for a quantity mentioned in brass

I think hsn code is 7407 and rate 18%

How to mention quantity in such case ? i mean while accounting for hsn wise summary in tally what unit of measurement to mention
