we have to pass hsn code wise purchase entry in accounting

You have to maintain Master Account in HSN order. "Ledger Master" or "Stock Item Master" has to be organised HSN wise order. Also under "Duties & Taxes", GST Taxes should be maintained in Tax Rate order (Input & Output separately for each tax rate).
