our turnover below 1.5 Cr. and we are monthly returns. for HSN wise summary is a must or not necessary.

Not necessary if turnover less than 1.5 crore. pls see instructions to GSTR 9. there it is clearly mentioned

As per Notification 74/2018 CT : instruction 17&18 below form 9 , its not mandatory to provide HSN whose turnover is below 1.5 crore

Not necessary. Instructions given in GSTR-1 are clear in this regard.

In my reply, I have by mistake typed as GSTR-1. It should read 'GSTR-9'.
