I deal in auctions for machinery, cars etc. I purchase them through auctions and then sell them to other user. I was trying to register for GST but confused with the HSN code to be used. It would be great if anyone can help me with it. In general I do trade by purchasing through auctions and selling them individually

May be they are charging the HSN are also applicable to you.

Does the seller has gst? Do you receive any invoice on your purchase?
