sir Please conform HSN code 6815 GST Rate Change in 5% to 12% effect from 01.04.22 yeater notification

Yes as per Notification 1/2022-CTR it is 12%, with ITC on inward supply and as per 2/2022 6% exemption i.e., 6% effective rate, with out itc.
