Can I claim the examption of HRA & sec 80GG togather?
If yes , what are the circumtances where we can claim the both.

No, you can not claim HRA as well as exemption u/s 80GG together.
Section 80GG is for those who are not getting HRA but paying house rent. Basically, this section is for trainees who get stipend and do not receive house rent allowance.
