Hello, I have a query to ask. As bangalore is now considered as a metro city, and as per sec10(13A), should the criteria of 50% applies to bangalore.
In Income Tax act bangalore is still not considered as a metro city. Help as I have to calculate HRA for F.Y 14-15.
No the criteria of 50% would not be applicable for Banglore city.
