I pay 25000 rent in Noida, but my landlord refuse to give PAN details. he said he hasn't filed IT return in his life...though he has a PAN card.
How can I claim exemption under sec 10 now.
please help anyone??

U can claim exemption u/s 10(13A) without PAN of Landlord while filing Income Tax return. But Employer can't consider HRA & he will deduct TDS accordingly. When any notice comes from Income Tax Dept, u should be able to prove u r paying 25k rent. I suppose u have rental agreement
