Dear Sir,

I am a 68 years old man iam staying in rented house at Hyderabad. Will i get elgible for HRA in IT Returns.

HRA is available to employees receiving the allowance from their employer. If you are in employment then only HRA can be claimed by you else you can claim rent deduction u/s 80GG of Income Tax Act, 1961.
