HRA/Interest paid, both/any/none deduction

Mr. A purchased residential house in Ahmedabad and paying interest of Ra. 50000.
Now he is working in Delhi and taking HRA from the employer.
Will he be liable to take exemption of HRA and deduction of interest paid simultaneously or any one of them or none?
