Hra exemption & housing loan benefit

Hi,

Case history:

Me and my mother are joint owner of a property. I am repaying the housing loan. as  it is far away from my office hence i have rented a seperate house and i claim HRA. 

Query:

Can i claim HRA for rent paid by me and Housing loan on interest paid on the joint ownership property.
