A PERSON WHO S RESIDING OUTSIDE FROM HIS OWN HOUSE (I.E HOUSING LOAN INTEREST PAID FOR THAT HOUSE), CAN HE CLAIM HIS INTEREST FOR HOUSE LOAN AS WELL AS HRA ? (ACTUALLY PAID)

bro if employer provide HRA than you can claim it under salary and you can claim interest on housing loan in house property as well as you can claim principal amount paid during the year in 80c.
