Hra claim under income tax

Dear sirs,

Hope everyone is enjoying monsoon.

1)I am planning to stay in rented house -Rent expected to be 15k to 20k INR.

2)I am also having  a home in same city of my rented house .This home is rented out ( 19 k /month. )

3) Can i claim HRA on my rented house which i am planning to stay on rent .

Appreciate in advance for expert suggestions.
