HRA & Home loan interest

A salaried client received HRA of 1,80,000 per year, she also has a home loan interest of 1,45,000 for the year.
Her home, on which loan is taken, is in Noida, U.P. but she lives in Faridabad, Haryana (at her parents house & pays rent to them) & works also in Faridabad, Haryana.
- Can she claim both HRA & home loan interest ?
- Noida home is vacant, does she have to assume it as deemed let out & show notional rent income in ITR ?

(Distance between Noida home & office is approx 35-40 KM or 1.5 hours.)

Thanks & Regards

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether a client can claim both House Rent Allowance (HRA) and home loan interest deductions simultaneously. The client owns a vacant property in Noida with a home loan but lives and works in Faridabad, paying rent to her parents. The core questions are if she can claim the Noida property as self-occupied and how this impacts her HRA claim, especially if she also considers her Faridabad residence as self-occupied.

I believe she can still claim the house at Noida to be self-occupied. Based on the section 24 of the Act, an assessee can have two self-occupied house properties.
Noida house can be claimed as self-occuoied. That's ok.
But If I claim 2nd house as in Faridabad as self occupied then, how will I claim HRA ?
