you can't claim the both same time it is problematic of Assessee it is arise from the queries IT department clarification regarding this or they are levied penalty total amount of disallowance either you can claim HRA nor Claim Interest on housing loan
YOU CAN CLAIM BOTH, IF YOU HAVE A OWN HOUSE IN ONE CITY, AND YOU ARE WORKING IN OTHER CITY.
