An employee is being paid for Guest House, monthly rent Rs. 15100 & hire charges on Furniture and fixtures Rs. 9900
For the calculation of HRA, to claim exemption
Actual rent paid should be 15100 or 15100+9900=25000 and then deduct 1/10th of salary
