Dear Shuvro,
Cal of HRA u/s 10(13A) means salary includes
1. Basic Salary
2. Dearness Allowance ( if the terms of employment so provided for Retirement benfit)
3.Any any other fixed allowances like Fixed commission on Turnover , Bonus Etc
