if a business has both manufacturing and trading activity and its manufacturi g activity is onwe where 100% tax deduction under givesn gor first 5 year then wil I have to tax only trading avtivity or do I have to manufacturing under mat and trading noth noth and normal calculation to know my tax liability

Regarding your first question: Those who said YES is correct. Registration fees and stamp duty is allowable as deduction u/s 80C.

as per 80ie deduction is 100% for first 5 year but I have query will mat tax I have to pay or full exemption from tax

yes mat has to be paid..we will not give any deduction under ch vi a for the purpose of mat calculation

I heard 80 c above said deduction only when we sell property not before it
