Tell Me...Is It Feasible To Ask A 4 Marks' Question (In Old Course Audit Paper) of "CEO/CFO Certification To BOD" From Sarbanes-Oxley Act-2002, Which Is Not In The Syllabus of Old Course....?

I Don't Think Anybody Have Noticed The Same Or Anybody From ICAI Will Respond For The Same But The Value lf 4 Marks Is Too Much For The Student Who Get 196 out of 200......

Anshul, if it is out of syllabus for you, then it is out of syllabus for everyone.

I think students, not specifically pointing anyone, have started to whine a lot. Be focused and stay positive.

The institute machinery is there from the last 52 years and it knows how to test the candidates. Claiming that it was tough, out of syallbus or lenghty will not help. what will help is respect for the mighty institute and what next attitude.

@ Piyush... Its not about institute is testing the candidates...and its not like i'm claiming that is was out of syllabus or it was lengthy so i couldn't complete...

being a student i know the worth of 4 marks... and i am just pointing out this thing..

i know ICAI will not award me 4 marks for this as bonus...

after being a CA everybody thinks that everything is very easy...everything is so smooth...and its really very easy to advice anybody...but when you know that you have lost 4 marks...and when you know that for you paper was of only 96 then it hurts... but as being a student one can discuss such topics... i dont think so dat i did wrong...

although i've confidence and i have positive attitude...

but i dont like if somebody say that have positive attitude... go ahead... etc.

if institute is working for last 52 years... it doesn't mean that they can't commit mistakes...

what will you say about this accounts blunder... there students have lost their 14 precious marks in accounts old course and 12 precious marks in accounts new course... tell me...should one trust our esteemed institute anymore or not?

The paper was easy (for those who underwent practical training). Practical oriented paper. enjoyed it.

ya according to me a lot of question is asked which can be answered through presence of mind...but we as a student future ko itna jyada forcast karte hain ki present haat se nikal jata hai...
