@ Chetan Here, as d share of X has been transferred to Y, Y cease to b a shareholder, as he do not hold any shares of d company anymore..

@ chetan dude firstly its a public company.....secondly wid da relance of 7 members given in da question it makes sence da its about reduction of members ... also membership is terminated when all da shares are transfered as da case is .... (check membership topic) he is no more member as his name wont appear in da registrar of members as he has no share

@ punit 1 ex- member is one who hav subscribed for memorandum bt it is nt necessary dat shareholder has also subscribed...!!
