can anyone tell me the proper answer of 5th question related to payment of bonus Act?

even i am confuse about that question yaar

in payment of bonus act in fst case bonus shud be paid bcz public company is voilating both conditions

n in scnd case they are not entitle to bonus as only 10% income is frm that business

the two conditions were if public company carry on any business in compitition to private company

and the income frm such business is more than 20% of total GTI of such bussiness

law paper was too bad........... too tricky n worse........ 

i too wrote the same answer for the payment of bonus act...

i think i hav read that a private co can put restriction on its member 2 vote in case his call r un paid.

Munish bhandari says the voke of proxy would be revocated and the vote of member shall be valid....but this kinda question have came a lot of time in CS. as per CS institute's suggested answers, the exactly oppositee...
