d first ..question was not ..related to ..indemnity...!!!

i have read similar case...in compilation ..!!

the answer ...is dat...W can recover the amount ..from Z as he(W) is interested...!!! in the contract..!!!

Ans to d problem

Accordingly, in the given problem, the remaining six members shall incur personal liability for the debts contracted by the company,

(i) If they continued to carry on the business of the company with that reduced membership beyond the six month period.

(ii) Only those members who knew of this fact of reduced membership shall be liable.

(iii) The liability shall extend only to the debts contracted after six months from the date of auction of that member’s shares.

Smriti i guess in tht District Judge case...might be he have to give an prior notice to CG showing his intention to Vacate his office of place...this is wht i wrote...

Period of notice i wrote was 21 days...thn it becomes the responsibility of CG to appoint successor in place of such District Judge...
