It was too tricky... RECENT CASE LAWS WERE asked in IBC ... STRAIGHT 10 marks deduction. . Ques paper was filled withNCLT ... Even question from dividend chapter was also tricky

Difficult to call that a question paper. More like an Ultimatum to old syllabus students to stop wasting their time and get lost.

i was reading the question and was like whaaaaaat the hell is this rubbish??? why waste our time?

sidha bolhi do ke nahi, tumlogko pass nahi karwana. Jao jake kuch aur padho....bol do na... eysa paper deke fail karwane se to ache hey.... time bhi waste nahi hoga... dil ko chot bhi nahi lagega...
