law was very easy just to understand question with daily life and compare each other and you will find very good result trust me bec i was very weak in law when i go throuth from it i found this is cake subject just to understd it hard after getting all knowledge you will able to find your answer from urslf which you do not know just trust on your self then you will know what i am

Manoj,

What makes Law hard for me is the fact that every question is open to numerous interpretations; all being convincing. Law, I believe, is intricately connected with words and their usage. In this book I read, I found that 'existing goods' were assumed to have the same meaning as 'goods in existence'. I feel it is incorrect.

I like QT because there is no scope for ambiguity in it. Ones proficiency in QT relies more on one's skill, rather than on ones ability to judge the examiner's intention. The latter, I believe, is the case with Law.

see if you think that mistake in law you and we can not chang it so assume it  ok satified it repeat in your life

one grab it after a known person will answer from you he may be your ca teacher because in fixed assets depreciation is charged , intangible assets charges amortisation and mine deplition method once my teacher asked me he was ca so i think yes we have to grab every thing

there after one my b.com teacher asked that there is a assets value is RS 1000 and market value is RS 1200 he told what to do i gave him suggestion about it

one question i asked my ca account teacher you have written off a debter a/c as bad debt then after a year money received that to do

he told money received by him will not show by his name and will come into p/L acc

i think this question came into our cpt june 10 most of us will have done credited to recovery account

ut answer is very different so just grab it as it is as written no argument
