@ ashish- auditor is unable to perform physical verification on a alternate date or perform alternate procedures. since matter is material n persuasive, disclaimer of opinion issued.
paper was very technical but some how revolved around pm
paper was very lengthy .
that was SA 705 Discalimer of opinion + can make reference regarding SA 501
