How to verify whether itr acknowledgement (itr v) is genuine

Actually what I want to ask is...

How can we verify whether the income stated in the acknowledgement is actually the income mentioned in the original ITR filed?

Mean to say how to check whether income mentioned in the acknowledgement is genuine or fabricated..

There is no way to verfy this. It can only be verified with the help of source documents like salary certificate of business profit and loss account. It is advisable to obtain these documents along with tax payment documents like challan, TDS certificate or Form 26AS. We should educate the banks and financial institutions for obtaining such documents from the applicants or borrowers for actual verfication of the ITR and its Income.

Requesting to give "FORMAT OF CERTIFICATE OF ITR VERIFICATION" to be given to bank as a requirement of loan document.

There are also huge mistake sir.. Bcoz we can not enter PAN number and Acknowledgment number same time.. How can we do cross verify the ITR copy..?? big question mark of genuineness on ITR copy.. different PAN number and different acknowledgment number can be possible.. and major issue is that can not find out actual gross total income...
