Hi,
Can any one give details abt how to take Cenvat credit set off against various types of duties For eg NCCD against NCCD only then BED against ???? also other duties like AED (TTA) etc....

Dear Mr Anand as per Cenvat Credit Rules, You can take the cenvat credit against the duty u have paid. For Eg if u have paid the BED then u can claim the cenvat against charging BED only and you cannot Set off BED against AED u will charge.

Could you please explain in detail i am a bit confused i am not sure but i guess we can take cenvat credit of BED for payment of EC and SHEC if this holds true can we utilize this for Payment of NCCD also.
