I am comfortable in using this version eventhoug new updates are available in marker ....

Yes, it is the best version of Tally 4.5 in my view. It;s wok very quickly but unfortunitly it run only DOS based version. Plz installed in DOS system or contact the Hardvere or Software Engg.
