Search for MSDICT developed by Mobile system There are two things 1st is MSDICT Viewer which is LIke DVD player and second thing is actual Dictionary files.just like DVDs.In this MSDICt u will so many options to download from COncise oxford, idioms and cambridge , law , medical and plenty more .
