How to upload invoice without receiver gstin/uin in gstr1

I am new to GST and doing business of selling batteries /UPS . I would like to know how to upload my invoices which given to my customers who doesn't have GSTIN/UIN.

Also , How to receive input tax credit for tax paid to my supplier from GST.
