hi am totlally confused abt itsm as i dont know what to do . i have supper scanner , dinesh madan both for it and sm . i tried to understand some concepts but couldnt get clarity . what to do??????????

Better study only Study material at least 2 times. You will find it easy.

For better clarity and easy understanding of SM you should prefer book of P.S. Rathore sir,it contains very good material.
