How to submit ITR without BSR code and challan serial number?

Tax paid.
Payment successful.
Account duly debited.
CRN generated.
Payment history in IT portal also reflects with CIN and Bank reference number.
But challan is not yet generated.
Now, challan serial number and BSR code is not available.
Downloading the same shows error.

How to submit ITR before 31st?

Please advise.

Challan Identification Number containing 12 digits followed by 4 letter Bank details. 🙏

I've got it.....
E-file > e-Pay Tax > Payment History > Actions > Download/Copy/View details.

Nowadays ďata is captured automatically.

Correction: CIN contains 14 digit number followed by 4 letter bank details.

@ Sabyasachi Mukherjee, you are right.
My problem was ....... post login and successful validation, tax was paid through options "Pay now". Payment was successful but the receipt was not generated due to system error.

If there were no such error, the data would have been auto populated immediately. But it was not the case, and the system was asking again to pay the same amount. If 31st July were not close, I would have waited for 1 or 2 weeks. Therefore I followed the above process to obtain challan serial number and BSR code and manually entered the same to successfully submit the return.
