see this is the problem faced by all most all every one feels boaring after some time doing the same work. so take in between a small gap and continue with study.
to increase the concentration and long hour sitting do meditation and also yoga, majour thing our body waves should be formatted other wise it will not cooperate to sit for long hours so from yoga we can make it. it will automatically make us to sit for the longer hours.
