How to study for long hours

when i start studies for the day i can read upto 2 hours after that i feel boring what to do for this problem ...and how to improve concetration power....please anyone can help me...

Dear VIJAYARAJ,

see this is the problem faced by all most all every one feels boaring after some time doing the same work. so take in between a small gap and continue with study.

to increase the concentration and long hour sitting do meditation and also yoga, majour thing our body waves should be formatted other wise it will not cooperate to sit for long hours so from yoga we can make it. it will automatically make us to sit for the longer hours.

Hii..u can try prayanam ( yoga) ...its really effective. ...take 10 min break after every 1 hour and do prayanam for 5 min. During tht period ....and after 2 - 3 hour of study.....try to recall whatever u studied in last 2 hours....try ths its wl boost ur confidence also.....:)
