Is there any form / way to send reminder to registrar of companies (ROC)?
I have filed 2 FTE forms for 2 companies back in June 2012 and till date, the status is still showing active and i have not received any correspondence from them.

Raising of ticket may not provide you immediate solution as there are many tickets pending for action prone to site connectivity issue.
you may visit the officer incharge at regional office and check with him.
