How to score in audit & law ?

Hi friends ,
 
i am student of CA Final and cleared my Second group but first group become headache for me because of Audit & Law
 
and my tragedy is that both subject i can prepare in 10 days and specially for law 2 days is more than enough for me.
 
and i am so confident for Law that i can defeat student who got above 70 marks if we discuss provision of law.
 
but in exam my score for both subject remains around 40 from last 3 attempt  
 
and each time i take care for better presentation
 
can anybody help me  to find out  my mistake
