Hi Sanjay
First of all cover each & every topic.Dont look at statistics of the types of questions asked.Anything can be asked!
Secondly , make it a habbit to read the bare Act side by side with ur main course book. U might get bored early on , but believe me , u will gradually develop interest in the subject.Prepare notes in such a way that u could crevise all topics in just a half day(b4 the exams).Practice all questions many times.Dont expect that u will be able to do a practical question by just remembering the provisions!
Revising the course atleast 2 times(preferably in writing) is a must. But dont make any extra special efforts to remember the sections & clauses coz u will lose more marks if u write the wrong section rather than just leaving it.
Read all cases that have been asked in the exams, even the older ones coz they are repeated again & again!
Lastly get hold of the latest cases supplement issud by the institute & learn it thoroughly & pay special attention on the amendments.
i hope these tips would proove useful to u.
Best Of Luck
