Hey Deepak
As per my analysis i found that
1. The Q.1 is of Practicals.i.e one sum is asked from each topic of 5 marks.Total 5 questions.
So Q.1 is of practicals with 25 marks. If u prepare the practicals from Bangar u will be able to crack this 25 marks.
2. The Q.2 is of ammendments. It comprises around 15 marks. For this u can refer ammendments & can crack this one easily as well.
3.The Q.3 & Q.4 is of case laws.U can refer the same from the selected cases book published by ICAI.
This comprises of around 30 marks & u can easily crack them as well.
Now as u r supposed to appear the 6 out of 7 questions u r having an option to leave one out of Q.5,6 or 7.
Further in these questions u will be having around 5 marks of VAT.
Apart from this u have RTP,SSP & PM to prepare from.
Hope this would be useful to u & all.
Regards.
As such they have changed the scenerio in the Dt paper by not asking much of case laws.
