How to revise st3 after 90 days from the date of filing online?

I have paid all the Service Tax dues in time. The return for the half year ending 31.03.2016 was filed by me on 25/4/2016. Even though i have paid the Service tax, the details for the third quarter(10/15 to 12/15) was not entered by me. Now the time limit for revising the return is also over. What is the remedy available to me?
