how to respond to email 143(1)(a)

I got an email 'Communication of proposed adjustment u/s 143(1)(a) saying form 16 not matching with return filed. The difference is exactly the same amount that I had declared as 80 c and interest exemption.How should I respond to this notice ?  Could anyone please advise?.
