How to request icai for new exam center ?

We are from a newly formed corporate city in Andhrapradesh. We have to travel more than 150kms to reach the exam centers of ICAI. Our nearest exam center is Guntur (AP) which is 150 kms from us.

Please can anyone tell us

What are the requirements that ICAI consider before it announce a new exam center?

Will ICAI allot exam center even though there is no ICAI Chapter?

To whom shall the request be made?
