If U can concreatly prove it than only U can report it to the appointing authorities only.

Yeah but how and where to approach? Is there any way yo anonimously alert an income tax / salestax dept authority?

Rewards for Reporting Tax Evasion
Under the existing Reward Scheme, Government of India grants handsome rewards to informers who provide specific information leading to detection of duty evasion including wrong declaration of quantity, descripttion, value etc. The maximum amount of reward to the informers can be as high as 20% of the value of confiscated goods and penalty realised. If the information leads to detection of duty evasion, maximum reward of 20% of the duty evaded plus 20% of the fine/penalty realised can be given as reward to the informers.

There is also a provision of sanction of advance reward in suitable cases.

One of the way you can do so is to login into Website of Depmt. Of Revenue Intelligence ; Select Income Tax Division and write your complaint. Govt. assures that your contact details shall remain confident.

Don't act like coward......nothing can go against him if he can prove that he had sufficient and reliance evidences to prove it....and obviously he will be anonymous. https://www.ceib.nic.in/reward.htm read it./.

People have read laws ..studied CA but still they are so afraid that they don't speak about wrong doings in public....why...just becoz either they lack courage or ............. fill in the blanks..
