hi friends how to maintain balance between your life and work. how to reduce stress? how to boost concentration? your advice please?

First of all you must love yourself whatever the situation you face.Don't think that looser can't win.Try to live in your best possible way with what you have.Think always positive even in something negative happened to you.Don't compare yourself to others....

Go temple everyday.Morning and evening.Early morning walk.enough....
Sir I wake up very late. I need some simple exercises and diet which can help
If u can't change yourself.How something else can change you.Wake up early.....Chal sirf temple hi chal jana.....
Sir mera paet din v din badta ja rha he, subah subah yaha bahut thand hoti hai, mjhe dariya paar krke college etc Jana pdta he, isliye Maine ghar ki exercise puchhi, dariya me chlubi lag jaati he, itna paani hota hai

Do you dance? It's a form of exercise. If you want more than that, go to the gym and try the treadmill.

Sleep. It helps repair your skin cells and de-stress you.

Diet -  eat vegetables and fruits that are good for the brain, eyes and body.
